John ensures the client’s brief is adhered to and that the design team and additional consultants are working together consistently, cohesively and coherently.

David Guest
David’s services as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (and our number cruncher) involves producing cost plans, feasibility studies, tender and bill of quantities preparation, construction procurement including tender cash flow projections, analysis and negotiation of construction contracts and most importantly, post contract cost control including valuations, settlement of accounts.



Riana Jennings
Riana enjoys nothing better than developing the interior design element of the projects. She is naturally instrumental in bringing to the table, a woman’s touch, flair and understanding of fabrics, textures, materials and colours.
